  • Chris Adams

    VRD | MANAGING DIRECTOR & COMPANY FOUNDER

    Chris has a background in construction and management prior to getting involved with Admire. Chris has also had 23 years of service with the NZDF as a Reserve Naval Officer, holding a minor war vessel command at retirement. This experience brings another dimension and skill set with leadership, planning, and problem-solving capabilities to the Admire team. Chris is always striving to deliver the client’s needs and wants, with a strong focus on the client, building long-term relationships, and delivering to the highest of standards in all respects. This is paramount to Chris’ work.

  • Tony McIntyre

    NATIONAL GENERAL MANAGER (Dip.INTD)

    Tony designs and implements the company’s growth and sales strategies. With a 25-year record of phenomenal achievements in both sales management and general management, he is dedicated to the endless success of Admire. Tony has worked in both the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds, giving him a well-measured knowledge of best practices and commerce. Tony’s business philosophy is be humble, be hardworking, be honest, and be hungry.

  • Erika Jepson

    RETAIL MANAGER

    Erika brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in her 30-year career in both practical design and in her passion for fabrics, colour, and all aspects of decorating in both the residential and commercial sections. Erika works with residential and commercial clients, providing concepts to suit individual needs, lifestyles, and budgets.

  • Trish Field

    SENIOR CONSULTANT

    With over ten years’ experience in the business, Trish has designed and supplied drapes and blinds for well over one thousand happy residential and commercial customers. Her strong belief that interior spaces create an emotional impact on those who inhabit them, sees Trish as one of the most sought-after interior consultants in Canterbury.

  • Julia Schroeder

    INTERIOR DESIGNER & PROJECT MANAGEMENT (Dip.Int.Des)

    Julia is a highly qualified interior designer with her own unique style and is a multi-disciplinary designer specialising in both domestic and commercial interiors. Julia also has profound knowledge of project administration – having worked in the roles of Project Leader and Project Coordinator – and brings extensive experience across all stages of project delivery.

  • Ashika Manu

    SALES & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

    Ashika manages all company communications and media outputs. With a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours in media and communication, she tirelessly works on the development of our company’s social currency and environmental programs. Ashika also manages all maintenance and administrative processes for the company.

    RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL BDM

    With over 11 years of expertise in the window treatment sector, Nicky has successfully worked with clients from various industries and backgrounds from both a commercial and residential design space. Holding a diploma in interior and graphic design, Nicky combines her management experience and technical knowledge to deliver customised solutions. Bringing a wealth of experience and commitment to customer satisfaction, Nicky’s team is your go-to for all your window treatment needs. Whether you are revamping or transforming your space, she will work closely with you to create the perfect solution both residentially and commercially.

    INSTALLATION MANAGER

    James has a strong background in installation and customer service within the window treatment and outdoor shade industries including drapery, blinds, awnings, and shade sails for both residential and commercial customers. With seven years of experience in the industry, James provides comprehensive knowledge of project installation.
